    We suggest you have a hearty breakfast before rolling on Sunday. Suggested packing list:

    • 5 or more snacks of your choice. In addition, there will be food stop options at 25k (cafe), 40k (cafe), 60k (Asda), 90k (Scotmid) on the route.
    • Plenty of water (there will be refill points along the way)
    • Rain jacket and some extra layers.We’re hoping for sun but we will be out all day and our Scottish weather and temperatures are changeable!
    • A minimum of one inner tube that is the correct size for your tire. If you’re running tubeless, a tube and plugs are essential. We will not be passing a bike shop.
    • Phone
    • Money for cafe stops
    • Sense of adventure! Take it as it comes, if you are not having fun there are bail out options at: 18k (North Queensferry station), 60k (Polmont Station is a 5k ride away: https://www.komoot.com/tour/1307826459), 90k (Dalmeny station).
