5 or more snacks of your choice. In addition, there will be food stop options at 25k (cafe), 40k (cafe), 60k (Asda), 90k (Scotmid) on the route.
Plenty of water (there will be refill points along the way)
Rain jacket and some extra layers.We’re hoping for sun but we will be out all day and our Scottish weather and temperatures are changeable!
A minimum of one inner tube that is the correct size for your tire. If you’re running tubeless, a tube and plugs are essential. We will not be passing a bike shop.
