Queens of Pain Wednesday City Ride #8
Aaaand just like that it looks like we've been rolling for 2 months! Next ride will see us go back south. We'll follow a lightly edited version of the very first QoP Ride loop.
No-drop group - we will wait for you at key turning points, and as always this city group ride is more about claiming some precious & potholed tarmac space, rather than chasing QOMs.
Meet up in the square next to John Lewis from 7:45 for a departure at 8pm! The only essential thing is to have a working bike - any type will do! Some tools to fix a flat tire would be grand (in case disaster strikes, you will get help with it ;) ).
See you soon!

Made a slightly shorter loop variation to account for the impending rain and remove the one steep cobble descent: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/35930760

Provisional route over here - might change slightly before the ride depending on tram work closures on Leith Walk.

Still cruising & chatting speed but with slightly less free rolling. No-drop rules still apply - so we will wait for you at key turning points :)

Back by super popular demand.
Same as last week, we're going to keep it small & simple with an 18km easy loop taking in the city at night plus some seaside action. Don't worry about your speed, this is a no-drop group and we will wait for EVERYONE. The group ride is more about claiming some precious & potholed tarmac space, rather than chasing QOMs (for now!).
