We're gonna attempt another pedal vs party pace group split this week so let us know in the comments below in which gang you are likely to roll. The Party pace is the usual, no need for speed vibe. The power pedal group will hang on at an 18kph minimum average. Adna & Ruby will lead this week on a central loop. Keep your eyes peeled for the route, which will be unveiled in the next day or so.
Both groups will be no drop as always as we will wait at key points to keep everyone together. These group rides are more about claiming some precious & potholed tarmac space, rather than chasing QOMs. The only essential thing to have is a working bike - any type will do. Fully charged lights are a must and we encourage you to wear a helmet! A small request that everyone checks their brakes beforehand as we are in rainy, icy season and we want to keep you all safe. A spare tube to fix a flat tire is a must and some tools would be grand but there will always be someone with tools to help out if you need to borrow anything (in case disaster strikes, you will get help with it).
